To ensure effective management of goods returns, we ask you to please follow the procedure hereafter :

  • No goods shall be returned without having made a prior request for a RMA number
  • Please complete carefully the form below within all informations requested. Thanks to detail the type of default and the conditions of use.
  • You should receive a RMA number under 48 hours. This number is available for one month.
  • Please noted visibly the RMA number on outside of the package.
  • The goods must be returned with the RMA form that you received buy e-mail.
